Licensed Social Worker / Counselor – Fertility Support Specialist (Non-Clinical)

Location: Hybrid – Suwanee, GA | Employment: Full-Time, SalariedAbout the RoleFamily Inceptions is seeking a Licensed Social Worker or Counselor (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT) to as a Fertility Support Specialist. This is a non-clinical role where you’ll serve as an advocate and guide for individuals and families navigating fertility treatments, surrogacy, egg donation, and IVF. Instead of managing a heavy clinical caseload or back-to-back therapy sessions, you’ll provide emotional support, education, and coordination—helping clients feel informed, cared for, and confident throughout their family-building journey.Why You’ll LoveThis Role• Flexibility First – No strict 9–5 here. You’re a Fit If You Have:• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.• Active license: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT (required). • Minimum 3 years of professional post-graduate experience (internships not counted). • Background in fertility, reproductive health, women’s health, or adoption strongly preferred. • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. • Comfort with digital tools and occasional flexible hours to meet client needs.
