Vehicle Repair Claims Adjuster (Remote or Hybrid)
About the positionResponsibilities• Maintain the time of answered incoming claim calls to 60 seconds or less• Effectively adjudicate 20-30 claims per day• Maintain an average of 40+ calls per day• Promptly respond to all claim telephone inquiries in a professional manner• Handle extraordinary claim, customer, or client issues to a successful conclusion• Maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally• Work closely with the Claims Lead to resolve customer and/or client claims issues• Complete special projects or other duties as assignedRequirements• High school diploma required; 3-5 years of previous work experience in the Automotive Industry preferred• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment• Proficient with computers and applications, including MS Word and Excel• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsBenefits• Comprehensive benefits starting from Day One• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25• Flexible work options (Remote or Hybrid) Apply tot his job
