A Day in the Life of aRemote Customer Service Representative As aRemote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. Your day will be filled with: Interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and recommendations. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to reside within 50 miles of either of our designated locations: 4221 W John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75063 800 E Waterman Street, Wichita, KS 67202 Additionally, you will need to have: A designated private workspace at home.High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire via ethernet from cable modem to your PC. At least 25mbps download and 15mbps upload speeds.
