Your RoleAs a Working Student - Customer Experience at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales team in achieving our goal of making blithequark the number one source of information for making fact-based decisions in both established and new markets.Your responsibilities will include:* Regular analysis and evaluation of customer feedback to help us understand their needs and preferences* Supporting online survey conception and programming to ensure that our data collection methods are effective and efficient* Supporting the analysis of customer interviews to gain deeper insights into their experiences and pain points* Assisting in the development of marketing measures to promote our products and services to our bolthires audience* Creation of product training videos for customer education to help our customers get the most out of our platform* Assisting in the development of our Self Service Hub on the blithequark website to provide our customers with easy access to our data and analytics productsYour SkillsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:* Be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hamburg for at least 1 more year* Have a good level of both written and spoken English and German, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages* Be proficient in bolthires Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook* Demonstrate a high level of detail-orientation and a reliable work ethic* Show the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing prioritiesYour TeamOur Sales team is diverse and international, just like the blithequark platform.Together, we ensure that our customers are happy and well informed about the numerous tried-and-true and continuously evolving options on blithequark.com.
