About the Role We are seeking experienced Tier 1Remote Customer Support Specialists to provide top-notch support to our clients' customers. As a Mod Contractor, you will have the chance to work on the coolest client projects, assisting and guiding customers to the right answers, solving concerns, and optimizing the best use of a client's product or services.Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day.
