Your Role in DetailAs a Text Chat Operator, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.Your shift will be flexible, allowing you to choose your own hours, and you'll have the opportunity to work independently, using your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access our platform.
