You'll collaborate with our customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, identify opportunities to improve our support processes, and work with other team members to enhance our overall customer service. Working Hours- Initial onboarding and training will take place between 9am-4pm CEST.- Regular working hours will be from 8pm to midnight CEST, Sunday to Thursday. Requirements- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience. - Strong English skills for clear and effective communication. - Technical proficiency. - Proficient in bolthires Docs and bolthires Sheets. - Familiar with the Zendesk support platform.
