Job Overview As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to the company's enterprise clients.You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide training and support, and resolve complex technical issues. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role that allows you to work independently and as part of a team, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities Act as the client-facing voice for blithequark's enterprise clients, addressing complex technical issues and providing timely and effective solutions Work with clients to understand their needs and provide training and support on blithequark's services, including AWS account and billing management Perform in-depth analysis of client accounts and billing statements to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Provide detailed and actionable feedback to clients on reporting options, alerts, and budgets Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical account managers, to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience Drive initiatives that improve client interactions with blithequark's account and billing data Act as the Voice of the Client for blithequark's enterprise clients, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of blithequark's services and features, including AWS-specific products and technologies Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service and technical support, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.You should also have experience working with high-profile clients and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
