Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and professional manner, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using software applications and tools to document issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge, skills, and performance, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends. Essential Qualifications A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service related field, preferably in a call center or contact center environment.An understanding of excellent customer care concepts, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving. Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A strong work ethic, demonstrating dependability, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.The ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a call center or contact center environment, with a strong understanding of call handling procedures and metrics. Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve issues in a fair and reasonable manner. Familiarity with telecommunications or broadband services, including internet, TV, phone, and security solutions.Schedule and LocationThis is a full-time, work-from-home position, with available shifts including Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm and Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm. As a blithequark employee, you will be required to work from your primary residence, located in a blithequark service area, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
