Key Responsibilities Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience, ensuring a warm and welcoming store environment. Serve as a liaison between customers and management, providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met.Assist management with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation standards to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store.
