Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Strategic Customer Engagements (SCE) team as a Strategic Customer Engagements specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal cycle for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals within the Private Equity vertical. You will focus on earning trust with customers by creating actionable strategies, developing and shaping opportunities, and leading deal engagements through negotiations and closure. Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals, utilizing your expertise in cloud technology and the Private Equity Industry to drive business growth and revenue. Develop and shape the overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes and goals, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve desired outcomes. Partner with Sales and PE BD to manage Success Criteria and KPIs of the PE Program, ensuring alignment with blithequark's overall business strategy and goals. Contribute to developing blithequark's value proposition and solutions, leveraging your knowledge of cloud computing and the Private Equity Industry to drive innovation and growth. Drive revenue growth and Cloud adoption, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including regional sales teams, and related regional and global stakeholders (Service Teams, Finance, Legal, etc.), to achieve desired business outcomes and drive growth. Act as a trusted advisor in the development of the commercial strategy of deals with blithequark Field Sales Executives: partner in the execution of the sales cycle for strategic, complex, or highly competitive commercial opportunities. Inspire, influence, and facilitate alignment with internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct control, to remove obstacles and achieve desired business outcomes. Develop strategies for pricing and discounts; effectively communicate and identify deal blockers, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive business growth. Lead or support presentation of deal proposals to Customers, utilizing your expertise in cloud technology and the Private Equity Industry to drive business growth and revenue. For key deals and escalations, take a leadership role in developing the winning strategy, coaching the field team, and managing the SCE deal team, ensuring alignment with blithequark's overall business strategy and goals. Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership to support blithequark's strategy within the PE Vertical, leveraging your knowledge of the Private Equity Industry and cloud technology to drive innovation and growth. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including: Experience in managing complex deals and negotiations, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue in the Private Equity Industry or a related field. Strong understanding of cloud computing and blithequark services, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
