Key Responsibilities Lead business planning activities with CMP business operations leaders, including long-term strategic planning and operational and financial planning, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency Support organizational strategies that ensure the fulfillment of financial and partnership obligations, including cost analysis and reporting, organizational design, and talent strategies, to ensure that we are well-positioned for success Drive strategy and execution of the "pace of the business" for the CMP leadership team, including leading the strategy and implementation of CMP performance reporting, to ensure that we are agile, responsive, and focused on delivering results Bring a leadership voice to blithequark's corporate network of business operations leaders and continually work to raise the standard of value delivered through this role, to ensure that we are leveraging our collective expertise and driving best practices across the organization Manage and facilitate the CMP leadership team, VP+, and "Town Hall" forums, influencing collaboration, development, and leadership engagement, to ensure that our teams are aligned, motivated, and empowered to achieve their goals Actively support the CMO and the extended leadership team in communication and meeting preparation, including board and investor communications, to ensure that we are effectively communicating our vision, strategy, and results to our stakeholders Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Audit (IA) coordination for CMP, facilitating leadership development opportunities and serving as CMP's primary point of contact for systems and tools that support planning processes, to ensure that we are managing risk, driving compliance, and leveraging our systems and tools to support our business Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing, to provide a foundation for your business acumen and operational expertise Experience building high-performing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders, to demonstrate your ability to lead, influence, and drive results in a complex and dynamic environment Strong organizational and disciplinary skills, with the ability to stay focused in a complex, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous business environment, to ensure that you can prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple initiatives and priorities Experience supporting senior management, such as a Chief of Staff, and familiarity with business operations and planning processes, to demonstrate your understanding of the business and your ability to drive strategic planning and execution Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA, to provide additional depth and breadth to your business acumen and operational expertise Experience in a similar role, such as a Director of Business Operations or a Chief of Staff, to demonstrate your ability to lead, manage, and drive results in a similar context Familiarity with the industry, and experience working with global brands, to provide a deeper understanding of the market, the competition, and the opportunities and challenges that we face Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive strategy and execution, to ensure that you can analyze complex data, identify insights and opportunities, and develop and implement effective solutions Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams, to ensure that you can inspire, motivate, and empower your teams to achieve their full potential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, to ensure that you can effectively communicate our vision, strategy, and results to our stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive strategy and execution, to ensure that you can analyze complex data, identify insights and opportunities, and develop and implement effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth, to ensure that you can prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple initiatives and priorities in a rapidly changing environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our partners.
