What You Will Do Responsibilities and projects encompass: Craft and deliver impactful industry trend reports: You'll bring together and present regular business-style reports to our senior management, providing them with the data-driven insights they need to make informed decisions. Power the blithequark print run process: Support critical elements of blithequark's weekly print run process, ensuring that the right number of books hits the shelves at the right time.Mastering COGS summaries: You'll be responsible for preparing COGS (bolthires of Goods Sold) summaries, comparing forecasts with actuals and highlighting growing trends to guide data-driven decisions. Inventory optimization expert: Collaborate with our Planning team to analyze sales and inventory movement, allowing us to optimize warehouse inventory and prevent stock shortages. Title and contributor metadata optimization: Lead metadata optimization tasks, which include title and contributor (artist/writer) enhancements, to supercharge sales for our valued retailers.Required Qualifications and Skills We're looking for candidates with: Masterful communication: Tremendous written and verbal communication skills, as your ability to convey insights and collaborate effectively is paramount. Have graduated from a university/university within 6 months at the time of application posting. Be currently taking part in a blithequark College Program or blithequarkProfessional Internship. Be at least 18 years of age. Not have completed 365 days of continuous employment on a blithequark internship or program.Own unrestricted work authorization.
