You will provide timely and accurate responses, address customer concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.Responsibilities* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across blithequark's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. * Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. * Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.* Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback. * Stay up-to-date with blithequark's brand and content, and leverage this knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in social media customer support. Qualifications* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. * Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.* Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. * Familiarity with blithequark's brand and content is a plus.
