Experienced Full Stack Product Design Engineer – Home and Music Experience Development

We work closely with a diverse range of disciplines across various associations, including Modern Design, Sound Designing, Packaging, Detecting, Equipment, Tasks, and Showcasing, to create products that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Design Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Modern Design, Tasks, and cross-functional design groups, to conceptualize ideas and solutions for complex design challenges* Creating, modeling, assessing, and investigating new designs to ensure they meet our high standards for performance, manufacturability, and aesthetics* Leading design reviews and contributing to peer design reviews to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation* Presenting your work to cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders* Producing detailed specifications and drawings to communicate your designs to internal manufacturing teams and external vendors* Conducting failure analysis and design of experiments (DOEs) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions* Approving and describing designs through various iterations to ensure that they meet our high standards for performance, manufacturability, and aesthetics* Developing deep technical expertise by taking designs from concept to production* Ensuring that our products meet corrective and functional requirements to deliver top-tier equipment to our customersEssential Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Designing or a related field* Strong design fundamentals and high personal inspiration* Design insight: exact mechanical intuition, imaginative critical thinking, curious nature, and attention to detail* Strong interpersonal skills: written, visual, and verbal communication skills to clearly convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams* Experience creating parts and assemblies in 3D CAD software* Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and other relevant design methodologies* Working knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)* Adaptability and comfort working in a rapidly evolving environment* Ability to travel globally (up to 20%)Preferred Qualifications* Master's degree in Mechanical Designing or a related field* Experience in product design, engineering, or a related field* Strong understanding of design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes* Familiarity with design software, such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or CATIA* Experience with design for sustainability and environmental impact* Strong leadership and project management skillsSkills and Competencies* Strong design fundamentals and high personal inspiration* Design insight: exact mechanical intuition, imaginative critical thinking, curious nature, and attention to detail* Strong interpersonal skills: written, visual, and verbal communication skills to clearly convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams* Adaptability and comfort working in a rapidly evolving environment* Ability to travel globally (up to 20%)* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.As a Product Design Engineer, you will have opportunities to:* Develop your technical expertise through training programs, workshops, and conferences* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that meet the needs of our customers* Take on leadership roles and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise* Participate in design reviews and contribute to peer design reviews to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation* Develop your communication and presentation skills through regular presentations to cross-functional teams and leadersWork Environment and Company Cultureblithequark is a dynamic and innovative company that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.Our work environment is fast-paced and challenging, but also supportive and inclusive.
