Qualifications We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with the following qualifications:Experience: While prior customer service or retail experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities, including proper grammar and syntax.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. Work From Home Requirements To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, we require the following equipment and setup: A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace. A desktop or laptop (with the latest Operating System installed).No tablets or Chromebooks. 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors). A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger. A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone. A stable and reliable internet connection of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (check your internet speed at speedtest.net). Cannot use public Wi-Fi.
