Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilledSenior Learning Specialist to lead and support a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates.As aSenior Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an optimal adult learning environment that encourages long-term success. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the diverse needs of our customers and employees. Your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional training experience that drives business results and enhances customer satisfaction.
