Responsibilities As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: *Providing customer support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues via telephone, email, or instant message. *Handling customer inquiries: Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries. *Troubleshooting customer problems: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems. *Escalating issues: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to appropriate resources and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring. *Tracking and documenting support requests: Ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues and update customer information accurately. *Meeting job standards: Meet quality standards, adhere to schedule, and maintain average handle time. *Providing guidance and mentoring: May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates. *Other related duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
