Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Manager to at blithequark. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for analyzing the current spa performance, implementing an effective sales approach, and training front desk sales professionals to maximize performance. Your goal will be to expand our reach and client base while strengthening guest relationships and driving sales numbers. Key Responsibilities Train front desk sales professionals to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Generate spa leads/clientele through prospecting, marketing, and lead generation efforts. Motivate the entire team to maximize opportunities. Drive sales numbers. Analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results. Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes sales/growth and positive customer ratings. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: 3 to 4 years of management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry. A flexible schedule, including weekends. A passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services. Strong, clear communication skills. Full bilingual in Spanish and English. What's in it for you?
