Job Summary As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers while overseeing office and administrative duties. You'll work closely with leadership to identify customer trends and operational inefficiencies, and collaborate to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the Customer Service Representative(s) to ensure customer relationships are maintained and operational objectives are met. * Identify customer trends and operational inefficiencies, collaborating with leadership to resolve issues and improve service delivery. * Oversee regular audits of the CRM system to ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards, while providing coaching and support to team members for continuous development. * Assist with appointment scheduling, customer follow-ups, escalations, hiring, and training of the local Customer Service Team, and ensure team members are up to date on company policies and services. * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. * Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED. * 2+ years of customer service and/or conflict resolution experience. * 1+ year of customer service management experience. * Pest Management Software Systems experience is preferred. * Ability to use computers and telephone systems is essential. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
