exceptional customer service through phone, email, and social media channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Utilize computer skills and various platforms to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with the Customer Service team to achieve shared goals, promote a positive and inclusive work environment, and contribute to the development of best practices Perform other office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Essential Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner 2+ years of experience in customer service, either in-person or virtually, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Previous call center experience is preferred but not required, although experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment is highly desirable Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, social media, and other software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of blithequark's customers and business operations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and
