statements, and locate dealers following standard dealerization rules, to ensure seamless and efficient customer experiences Categorize callers and offer appropriate touchpoints, such as warm transfers to dealers, to connect customers with the resources they need Provide website navigation assistance, helping customers to explore our clients' brand sites and access the information they require Escalate outstanding issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction Offer goodwill to customers on behalf of our clients, within established guidelines, to demonstrate our commitment to their satisfaction and loyalty Communicate effectively in written form, using email or text chat, to respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing support Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer additional questions, fostering long-term relationships with our customers Invite customers to Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry Courteous and strong customer service
