Collaborate with team members across the organization to support data-driven decision-making processes and assist in the development of reports based on the information gathered.Prepare and maintain reports based on data analysis, providing insights that inform business decisions. Assist in training new data entry staff as needed, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Monitor data entry workflows to ensure compliance with company standards, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to data handling processes. Provide feedback on data management processes for continuous improvement, contributing to the development of more efficient and effective data entry procedures.Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, although an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a related field is essential, along with proficiency in bolthires Office Suite, specifically Excel. You should have a strong understanding of data management practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology. Previous experience in financial services or working in a high-volume data environment.
