Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for timely approval, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in your work. Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for processed invoices, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaborate with the Admin Office Manager as needed, providing support for various tasks and contributing to the overall success of our team.Additional Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Prior experience in data entry is essential, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in your work. Proficiency in bolthires Word and Excel is a must, with advanced knowledge preferred. You should be highly skilled in using these applications to manage and analyze data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with our team and stakeholders.You should be able to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas. Familiarity with office equipment and supplies is also required, as you will be working with a range of tools and technologies to perform your duties. Essential Qualifications In addition to the skills and qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field (such as business administration or computer science) preferred.At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
