Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet organizational needs. Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform. Providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform use. Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions. Collaborating with IT and other departments to align on technical needs and implementations. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to the Adobe Experience Platform. Conducting regular audits to ensure best practices in platform use. Leading training sessions to upskill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience in technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience.
