Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, answering high-volume customer requests, and working under direct supervision. You will utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information, handle patient medication requests, and investigate missing medication data. As a Call Center Representative, you will also communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
