Position Overview We are hiring Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisors to help serve and support our growing client base. You will receive hands-on training, a proven support system, and the opportunity to earn six figures within your first year – all from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you will: * Conduct virtual consultations with union members and working-class families via Zoom * Present benefit options tailored to each client's needs * Educate clients on life, health, accident, and income protection plans * Provide top-tier customer service and follow-up * Maintain accurate records using a CRM platform * Collaborate with team leaders and participate in weekly performance meetings * Grow into leadership roles with mentorship and guidance What You’ll Do As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include: * Conducting virtual consultations with clients to understand their needs and present benefit options * Educating clients on life, health, accident, and income protection plans to ensure they make informed decisions * Providing top-tier customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction * Maintaining accurate records using a CRM platform to track client interactions and progress * Collaborating with team leaders and participating in weekly performance meetings to stay up-to-date on company goals and objectives * Growing into leadership roles with mentorship and guidance to develop your skills and expertise Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs * Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service * Tech-savvy and comfortable with Zoom to conduct virtual consultations and communicate with clients * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks * Positive, self-starting mindset to take initiative and drive results Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration is a plus.
