Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner. Effectively discuss members' needs on financial matters through multiple remote technology secured/unsecured access channels. Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat, and Text Support.Maintain a strong working knowledge of blithequark's products and services. Cross-sell blithequark products and services, and open and close deposit accounts of all types. Essential Qualifications A High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in a customer service position. Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills. Strong problem-solving and member service skills. Working knowledge of bolthires Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment.Knowledge of financial products and services, including debit cards, disputes, deposits, NSF fees, transfers, and lending. Experience with sales and cross-selling techniques. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital channels and remote technology. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of $17.00 - $20.80, depending on experience.
