Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will possess: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 8 hours per day between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives. A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment. Basic knowledge of bolthires Office and the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a goal-oriented approach and professional work ethics. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting performance targets.Leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and reliable transportation to ensure consistent and reliable internet connectivity. Work-At-Home (WAH) Requirements To perform this role successfully, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: A PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (bolthires/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable) with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.A USB-connected headset and webcam, with a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children.
