Key Responsibilities As a Remote Chat Support Executive, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling chat support for blithequark customers regarding orders, refunds, delivery status, and general queries * Providing empathetic and professional responses to customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience * Maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions, including details of conversations, issues resolved, and follow-up actions * Following process compliance and escalating unresolved issues to senior teams, ensuring that every customer concern is addressed promptly and effectively * Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service Work Details As a Remote Chat Support Executive, you can expect to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings, with a full-time schedule of 9 hours per day, including breaks, and 6 days per week.
