As a leader in the healthcare industry, blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to.Job OverviewThis is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from your home in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain Time zones. As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative, you will serve as the advocate for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a multi-channel environment, including calls, dual chats, and emails. You will be responsible for quickly and appropriately contacting college professionals, seeking to understand and identify the needs of providers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities Serve as the advocate for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a multi-channel environment, including calls, dual chats, and emails. Quickly and appropriately contact college professionals, seeking to understand and identify the needs of providers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Research and dissect complex prior authorization and claim issues, taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues and avoid repeat calls, messages, escalations, and provider dissatisfaction.Collaborate effectively with multiple internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a timely manner. Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions and selling the benefits of the tool, including aiding in faster resolution. Navigate more than 30 systems to extract necessary information to resolve and avoid issues across multiple lines of business, provider types, and call types. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, be at least 18 years old, and have at least one year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns.You must also have experience with computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications. Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours.Ability to work occasional overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a related environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service, using phones and computers as primary job tools. Education experience. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you must possess strong multitasking skills, including managing multiple conversations simultaneously. You must be skilled in quickly resolving calls and messages, effectively preventing escalated complaints, and have strong time management skills.You must also have high emotional intelligence and empathy, excellent active listening and comprehension abilities, and exceptional written communication skills.
