Following verification, you will communicate with the nurse via written messages to confirm the validity of their credentials for the chosen facility. Additionally, you will handle follow-up phone calls from nurses inquiring about the status of their shift assignments. Your exceptional customer service skills, technical savvy, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and efficiency. Simultaneously manage multiple chat channels, prioritizing tasks and maintaining composure under pressure. Follow established communication scripts when addressing various topics, adapting your approach as needed to meet the unique needs of each nurse or facility. Identify the needs of our customers (nurses and healthcare facilities), clarify information, research solutions, and provide accurate and helpful responses.Access and utilize company and client resources to accurately handle calls and chats, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and relevant. Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.1 year of previous call center or office background experience, with familiarity with call center software and technology. Technical savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and platforms. Previous remote work from home experience is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Quick learner, with the ability to absorb and apply new information and processes in a fast-paced environment. Accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 words per minute.Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities. A background check is required, in accordance with state and federal laws. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting, with familiarity with medical terminology and procedures. Familiarity with credential verification processes and protocols. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology.
