Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you will be the face of blithequark to our customers, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You will work as a cohesive team to excite our customers and deliver on the brand promise. A successful Customer Experience Concierge will have a passion for delivering extraordinary service to our best Card Members, in a customer-facing environment.Key Responsibilities:* Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception* Be accountable and take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end* Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty* Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations* Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations* Provide travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance* Accommodate needs of our Card Members, by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partnersLounge Hours of Operation:Our Centurion Lounge operates from 5:30 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.Hours are subject to change due to business need.
