Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining electronic and physical files in an organized manner. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data integrity and security policies.Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring the proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions to minimize downtime. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: Proven ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with a willingness to undergo training as required.
