Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our data management processes. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.Key Responsibilities Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems in a timely manner, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system and perform regular data quality checks to maintain the integrity of our data. Update and maintain existing data records, ensuring all information is current and accurate, and collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and implement best practices. Assist with data extraction and report generation as required by various departments, and respond to and resolve data entry-related queries from internal teams in a professional and timely manner.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to blithequark's data protection policies and procedures. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest data entry tools and software. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a relevant certification is a plus. Proven experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role, with previous experience in a remote work setting being advantageous but not required.Relevant certifications or training in data entry, administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to extract insights from data and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Skills and Competencies Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while working with large volumes of data, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.Competency in using data entry tools and software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
