Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that their needs are met.You will also be expected to operate forklifts, load and unload auto parts, and assist with data entry tasks to support the daily operations of the business. Key Responsibilities* Greet and assist customers with their needs as they arrive at our location* Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and directing customers to the correct parts* Operate forklifts to load and unload auto parts, both manually and with assistance of machinery* Assist customers in identifying and locating additional parts as needed, including looking up part numbers or checking inventory* Process customer payments accurately using our point-of-sale system* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the customer service area and in the warehouse* Perform other data entry tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the business, including updating inventory, entering part orders, and assisting with other administrative dutiesQualifications* Previous customer service experience preferred (auto parts experience a plus)* Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn (training provided)* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team and customers* Basic computer skills for looking up parts, processing payments, and performing data entry tasks* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Must be able to work full-time (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)Why Join blithequark?* Competitive starting pay of $18/hour* Family-oriented work environment* Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company* Full-time, stable position with steady hours* Varied tasks to keep each day interesting and engaging* 100% Company paid benefits after 90 days of employment* 401k OfferedWhat We OfferAt blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
