Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience with our products and services, and that any issues that arise are addressed promptly and professionally. You will work closely with our Operations, Product, and Account Management teams to resolve customer issues, onboard new clients, and maintain our knowledge base.If you're a detail-oriented, punctual, and professional individual who is passionate about customer success, this role is tailor-made for you. WhatYour Day-to-Day Looks Like Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and being proactive when signs of poor health occur. Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner. Communicating with the blithequark Operations and Product departments, and BPO leads when solving issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing; escalating to blithequark Account Management and Leadership as needed.Supporting the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in blithequark's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions. Helping to maintain blithequark's knowledge base for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOP's. Tracking and documenting all happenings in HubSpot, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week. Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery. Accountable and independent, with a self-directed approach to your work and a strong sense of pride and ownership.
