Using the blithequark platform, you will interact with customers via phone, answering questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service support to guests and travel agent partners via phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize the blithequark platform to access client programs and manage customer interactions, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery Stay up-to-date on cruise line offerings, destinations, and ship amenities to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Work independently from home, maintaining a dedicated and distraction-free workspace that meets blithequark's technical requirements Choose your service intervals, selecting times that suit your lifestyle and availability, with the flexibility to adjust as needed EssentialQualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.You should be comfortable working from home, with a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's technical requirements.
