Your responsibilities will include: Simplifying and maintaining sales operations processes and policies, utilizing lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data through remediation in the UCM (Reltio) platform and downstream systems. Executing processes to support customer account requests within agreed-upon support level agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.Coordinating activities related to quarter and month-end customer support, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. Acting as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues and complaints arising from account requests, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions. Providing expertise outside of your immediate team in the form of special projects as needed, contributing to the growth and improvement of our operations and services.Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry, or a similar field, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills in data analysis and customer support. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, and/or data administration roles, showcasing your ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various types of people, including internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools, enabling you to efficiently manage data, create reports, and present information.
