As a remote customer service representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working from the comfort of your own home to provide top-notch support to our clients.Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from health plan members and representatives, addressing inquiries about our transportation services. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, meet productivity metric goals, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory protocols. If you possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities* Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives, addressing inquiries about our transportation services* Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after call survey* Follow all HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of all members' protected health information (PHI)* Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to contact center leadership team* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledgeRequirements* Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience* High School degree or equivalent* Ability to sit for 4 hours or more a day wearing a headset* Secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace without conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shift* Download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps* Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills* Moderate experience in bolthires Teams, Outlook, and Word* Ability to adapt to high and fast-paced call volumePreferred Qualifications* Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency a plus)* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment* Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance protocols* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamSkills and Competencies* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volume* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities* Strong teamwork and collaboration skillsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAs a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will have opportunities to grow and develop your skills and knowledge.Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the tools and expertise needed to excel in this role.
