Job Overview We are seeking a Part-time Data Entry Coordinator to work on weekends and afternoons, providing critical support to our Transitional Care team. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our referral management system, providing accurate information to customers, and participating in ongoing communication with our facilities.This is a part-time, remote position, requiring you to work on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm, as well as three afternoons a week from 2pm to 5pm. You must live within driving distance to Indianapolis, Indiana, to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities Provide customers with facility-related information via telephone conversations, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries. Process new business leads promptly in our referral management system, demonstrating a sense of urgency and attention to detail.Participate in ongoing communication with our facilities regarding leads, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up. Supply accurate information to the best of your knowledge, per the data entry expectation list, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of different payer types across different levels of senior care. Perform benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or sales, with a preference for experience in verifying insurance benefits.You should demonstrate our C.A.R.E. values in all interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are essential for this position.
