This is a contractual role that offers a unique chance to be part of a team that is dedicated to preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, and using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.Your goal will be to communicate effectively with customers, providing them with the support and guidance they need to have an exceptional experience with blithequark. Key Responsibilities Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information. Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with the support and guidance they need to have an exceptional experience with blithequark.Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain qualifications and skills. These include: Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in India Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency) Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e.early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required) A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) Essential Qualities In addition to the qualifications listed above, we are looking for individuals who possess certain essential qualities.
