Your Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark Pet Hospital, you will be the face of our hospital, greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. You will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, client communications, and patient check-ins/outs, as well as supporting our team with occasional tasks in the treatment area.
