Reply to text messages in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high level of customer service and support. Send email notifications to verify shipping addresses and detect potential fraudulent orders, updating customer information and escalating suspicious activity as necessary. Reach out to customers who have left negative reviews, gathering feedback and offering solutions in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain a well-organized email inbox, utilizing pre-set folders and tags to ensure efficient and effective communication. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following characteristics and qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on email support and communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Fluent (native or advanced) English language skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries effectively. Strong learning ability, with the capacity to quickly absorb and apply new information and training. Familiarity with Gmail and Freshdesk, or similar customer service software and tools. Working Hours and Arrangements We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work 20 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours as our business continues to grow. The successful candidate will be required to work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, within EST business hours (9am-6pm), with flexible scheduling to accommodate our business needs.
