About the Role We're seeking an additional Online Customer Chat Specialist to support our growing customer base. Perform outbound calls with existing customers to build relationships, provide support, and identify new sales opportunities, leveraging your solid sales acumen to drive growth. Create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately, ensuring that all customer issues are documented and resolved efficiently. Review customer account information to stay up-to-date on their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and recommendations. Utilize your excellent email handling skills to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via email, ensuring that all communications are clear, concise, and professional. Multitask with ease, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications Strong English verbal and written communication skills : You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing. Attention to detail and accuracy : You must be able to accurately document customer interactions, create service tickets, and schedule appointments, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Excellent customer service focus : You must be able to empathize with customers, prioritize their needs, and provide support and solutions that meet their expectations.
