RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:* A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.* At least one year of office experience, with telecommunications experience a plus. * Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations desired. * Excellent customer service background and good phone skills. * Strong communication, both written and oral, and organization skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Demonstrated mathematical abilities and basic PC skills. * Ability to type at least 30WPM. * Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.* Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying. Physical RequirementsAs a remote work from home opportunity, you will need to:* Have a dedicated home office/room or quiet and designated space to work in. * Have a fire extinguisher in your home for safety purposes. * Have a smartphone and high-speed internet (20mbps upload) before starting work. * Be able to work 40-hour workweek with regular and predictable attendance.
