Experienced Online Crisis Chat Text Supervisor for 988 Crisis Services - Leadership and Mental Health Support Expertise Required

This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Crisis Chat Program, ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest level of quality, empathy, and professionalism.Job Overview and ResponsibilitiesThe Online Crisis Chat Text Supervisor will play a critical role in the success of our 988 Crisis Chat Program. This position will involve supervising a team of Crisis Chat Counselors, providing guidance and support to ensure that all chat and text visitors receive the help they need. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong background in mental health services, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
