The Purpose of the Commercial & Customer Experience Strategy MBA ProgramThe purpose of the Commercial & Customer Experience Strategy MBA program is to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience you need to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Through a combination of rotational assignments, training, and mentorship, you'll have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of blithequark's business and operations, as well as the skills and expertise needed to drive business growth and innovation. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Commercial & Customer Experience Strategy MBA program, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects and initiatives, including:* Maximizing Profitability: Aligning capacity with demand through the strategic deployment of aircraft and development of new city and route opportunities.* Competitor Analysis: Investigating competitors' pricing actions, initiating sales and other promotions to maintain market share. * Customer Insights: Analyzing and understanding the complexities of airline consumer behavior and devising creative strategies for capturing additional revenue through varying the supply of our product. * Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging data to develop promotion and channel strategies to drive incremental passenger revenue or improve our values-led communication strategies with our customers.* Process Improvement: Developing recommendations for process improvements for reservations centers, call-handling, and segmentation in order to improve customer service, employee engagement, and maximize bolthires efficiencies. * CustomerExperience: Improving the travel experience for bolthires's corporate clients by analyzing the financial contribution of incentive programs and developing new sales strategies to generate incremental revenue. What You Need to SucceedTo be considered for the Commercial & Customer Experience Strategy MBA program, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:* Current MBA Student: You must be currently enrolled in an MBA program at a reputable institution.* Planned Graduation Date: You must have a planned MBA program graduation date by the Summer of 2025. * WorkExperience: You must have at least three years of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience. * Location: You must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internship. * Curiosity: You must have a genuine interest in the airline industry and a desire to learn and grow. * Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving Skills: You must be able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.* Leadership and Communication Skills: You must have strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills. * Safety and Security: You must consistently prioritize the safety and security of yourself, others, and personal data. * Diversity and Inclusion: You must be able to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
