Responsibilities As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for: * Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, and providing timely, accurate information. * Assisting customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. * Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. * Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. * Participating in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. * Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment. * Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. * Proficiency in using live chat software and customer support tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
