We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our Customer Support team. This is a fully remote, hourly, full-time position that requires proficiency in English. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring information is entered correctly, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. About the Role As a Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in various software systems with high accuracy. You will maintain consistency and integrity of information across multiple databases, communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify data when needed, and review and validate data for accuracy and completeness before submission. You will also collaborate with the Customer Support department to ensure seamless information flow, assist in generating reports or summaries based on the data entry work, and follow company policies and procedures for data protection and confidentiality. Key Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields being a plus. • Proven Experience in Data Entry: Proven experience in a data entry role or similar, preferably in a customer support environment, is essential. • Strong Proficiency in English: Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required. • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is crucial. • Proficiency in Databases and CRM Software: Proficiency with databases, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is necessary. • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential. • Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
